By accessing and using Quantum Market Analyzer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Quantum Market Analyzer is an educational and research tool that provides:
- Quantitative scoring algorithms for stock analysis
- Technical and fundamental data visualization
- Pattern detection and trade setup identification

The Service does NOT provide:

- Guaranteed returns or performance

- Broker or execution services

You acknowledge that:
- Market data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more
- Scoring algorithms are proprietary and may change without notice
- Historical backtests do not guarantee future performance
- Technical glitches may occur, affecting data accuracy
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
7. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape or systematically download data from the Service
- Reverse engineer our algorithms or scoring methods
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or defraud others
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Czech Republic.
12. Service Operator
Quantum Market Analyzer is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in the Czech Republic. Full business registration details will be published upon formal incorporation. The operator is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution under any jurisdiction.
